For good job prospects one must have a Masters degree and preferably a PhD degree. For a PhD degree one has to qualify some entrance exams like CSIR NET, JGBEEBILS, DBT JRF, ICMR JRF etc. So please try to prepare and get into some good college for brighter job prospects as Biotechnology generally is a research subject.
For jobs after Msc the following other options are:
Clinical Research Related Jobs
Clinical Data Analysts
Sales & Marketing-Biomedical Equipments/Assays
If you are a graduate, you can try and do your Masters at some good research institute
